TOPdesk has been anchored in our organization for years. Today, we use TOPdesk in more and more departments across the company. For example, our Tooling department switched to the system in 2019. Since then, this transition has provided the department with a wealth of figures and reliable information that provide real-time insight into performance. Besides, it creates transparency because all information is traceable and centrally registered.
