Factory of the Future
and its elements
By embracing the model “Factory of the Future” we are able to be an agile company that can immediately respond to its customer’s needs. Cooperating with our clients we are able to provide individual solutions that support their own business model. At Thomas Regout International we innovate across eight program lines to achieve both our objectives and those of our customers.
Advanced Manufacturing Technology (AMT)
One key aspect of the Factory of the Future model is the use of Advanced Manufacturing Technology. At Thomas Regout International, we have integrated state-of-the-art automated production techniques into our operations, focusing on the most critical process steps and key products. This allows us to consistently meet our commitment to customers: delivering excellent quality, customized products in small series with fast delivery times.

Digital Factory (DiF)
Our organization uses digital technology to develop products, processes, systems and services. All people within the organization are supported by digital data and connected processes. Through real-time data collection and analysis, we’re able to detect even the smallest deviations early in the process, ensuring that you receive telescopic slides that meet the highest standards eliminating defects or malfunctions.
Eco factory (ECO)
In the transformation of raw materials into the final product, value creation and environmental impact are balanced. Production processes are characterized by a minimal CO2 footprint, a high level of safety for people and the environment, and minimal waste of raw materials.
Smart Manufacturing (SmM)
Smart Manufacturing is all about supporting human skills with technology and self-learning production systems to achieve maximum added value in task execution. This approach not only enhances productivity and precision but also fosters continuous improvement, ensuring that our manufacturing processes stay agile and responsive to changing demands.
Human Centered Organization (HCO)
ALL people at Thomas Regout International are given the opportunity to develop their talents, their creativity and their proactivity within the context of an innovative organization. At our company, we prioritize the well-being of our co-workers by offering a range of supportive initiatives. These include access to free physiotherapy, daily fresh fruit, a bike plan, and engaging activities. Through our own Regout Academy, we offer continuous learning opportunities. Altogether, this ensures our team feels appreciated and supported in their personal and professional growth. In short: A great place to work!

Customer Focused Engineering (CFE)
Our objective is to achieve maximum added value for our customers. To this end, we use a design strategy that consists of robust processes for the development of customized products. Our sales and engineering teams collaborate with you throughout every stage of the process, ensuring that all requirements are met and that the final product integrates smoothly into your application.
Value Chain Oriented Open Factory (VCO)
Thomas Regout International is independent but part of a network of organizations, aiming to leverage this network to develop knowledge and skills to jointly create new solutions, products, and technologies that can subsequently be used for their own purposes. Organizations within such a network share risks and capital in ecosystems, enabling disruptive innovations.
Servitization (SER)
Customer and market information is systematically collected and analyzed. Value creation is not only tied to the product but is also achievable through the service we provide to our customers.
